David Coco

David Coco’s career in the Baton Rouge interior design space spans more than 30 years. Before his interior design career, David spent 12 years as a music critic for the Advocate and contributed to the People section with freelance pieces. Growing up with a family in the high-end millwork industry, David’s early experiences gave him an appreciation and eye for craftsmanship. David has also been an instructor in the design department at LSU.

David emphasizes the importance of the initial discovery process in every design project. Getting to know the client - or getting the client to understand what they really want themselves - is essential to designing a space that the client will truly connect with.
