In the historic core of South Baton Rouge, a stone's throw from LSU, David Coco masterfully transformed this 120-year-old home into a contemporary haven for a busy young family, while carefully preserving its rich historical essence. The family's vision of a sanctuary that married modern living with the home's traditional roots was brought to life through David's thoughtful, client-centered design approach. He introduced a palette of light and vibrant colors to capitalize on the home's influx of natural light, notably through a striking wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that was a central feature in the main living area. David also incorporated the client's penchant for distinctive, memorable elements as well as her keen appreciation for modern fine art.
