In this project, David Coco played a pivotal role, initially advising on and then overseeing significant renovations that dramatically changed the house's footprint and aesthetic. The home nearly doubled in size, thanks to the strategic addition of a new master wing and a reimagined kitchen layout. When it came to the interior design, David skillfully navigated between the client's love for modern, eclectic styles and a foundation of traditional elements. He selected standout funky pieces and striking modern art to accentuate classic furniture pieces, creating a rich visual dialogue. The choice of light, airy colors for the walls and upholstery, along with furniture featuring clean lines, enhances the home’s welcoming atmosphere. Entering this home, you're greeted by a seamless transitional style that marries sophistication with the functionality needed for daily life.
